Gua Sha is an East Asian healing technique that involves gently scraping the skin with a smooth, flat tool to remove stagnation, stimulate circulation, promote lymphatic drainage and release tension. This Gua Sha facial experience is inspired by the Ecology in Motion theory, which views the body as an interconnected ecosystem. By understanding and working with the tissue, circulation patterns and energies within your body, this treatment aims to restore balance, enhance vitality, and unlock your skin's inherent radiance. You will benefit from increased motion in your tissue and blood flow, which in time and with a course of treatments can help to clear obstructions that lead to acne, rosacea, puffiness, dark circles and sensitivities.
